Adam Sharpe

FOUNDER & PROJECT LEAD

Adam, an acclaimed futurist, youth engagement expert, and group process facilitator, has provided educational programs to hundreds of thousands of individuals throughout Asia and Europe. His research which centers primarily on participatory foresight experiments and meaningful youth engagement has been widely published. He is the lead convener for the NGFP Intergenerational Fairness Hub, and a consultant at UNICEF. He won the NGFP IGF award with the initial idea for People Power.

Siddhi Patil

DESIGN LEAD

Siddhi Patil is a design researcher based in Pune, India, focusing on futures and foresight. She is an NGFP fellow from the cohort of 2022 and is passionate about exploring the intersection of design and technology, particularly in creating products that have a positive impact on society. Her expertise in social impact, design, and futures and foresight allows her to co-create plausible futures that reflect the desires and needs of the communities she works with.

Isabel Serval

BRAND AND FUTURES STRATEGIST

Isabel is based in London, UK and joined People Power Foresight because of her insatiable curiosity about the many possible futures of demographics. She’s a seasoned strategist and storyteller, using her wealth of experience with organisations such as the NHS, the UK Ministry of Defence, Wedgewood, Heathrow and Natwest to illuminate paths to brighter futures.
